My Beauty Diary Apple Polyphenol mask

They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, so will My Beauty Diary's Apple polyphenol mask keep the dermatology visits at bay? I'll share my results, but first here is a little information about this mask. The primary use of My Beauty Diary's Apple polyphenol mask is to tighten pores and hydrate the skin after 20 to 30 minutes of use. After reading the description, I would think its primarily for those with excess sebum or those who want to minimize the appearance of their pores.

After using this mask, I didn't notice any difference in sebum/oil secretion but I do have dry skin. I tried this mask because I wanted to see if it could help reduce the appearance of my pores. It didn't do anything drastic but I did notice a reduction in in the appearance of my pores. I think with continued use this mask can help with pore appearance but it will have to be fairly frequent use. Staying consistent with the rest of the My Beauty Diary masks I've used in the past, this mask delivers on hydration.

Overall, I can't say that I enjoy this mask as much as I enjoy some of the other My Beauty Diary masks. A large part for that is because its not targeted towards my skin care concern. This isn't a mask that I would discourage others from using but its not something I can highly recommend either.
