Pantene Pro-V Expert Collection Age Defy

I recently tried out two samples of Pantene Expert Collection's newest haircare line, Age Defy. This new line is targeted to restore the signs of aging hair by tackling dullness, split ends, breakage, frizz, dryness, thin look, and unruly grays.

The shampoo and conditioner have a smooth, creamy, velvety texture, I could tell right away it was rich. They smell amazing as well. Its more on the sweet side but its not overbearing. I usually don't go for the sweet scents because of the environment I work in but I found this to be an acceptable and likable scent for both in and out of the work place.

I was only able to get one wash out of my samples but I was able to see signs of improvement with that one wash. The next morning, my hair had a healthy shine, it did not feel as dry, and, this is a little dorky but, I felt like one of those hair models in a commercial. It looked full, but not poofy, and healthier with just one wash.

The only claims that I cannot speak for are the split ends, breakage, and unruly grays since I do not keep track of my split ends or have any gray hairs. I don't think I used this line long enough to notice any differences in the strength of my hair but judging from the results I had, I do not doubt this claim.

Price point wise, I think it can be on the pricey side but I've found the results to be amazing. I am actually looking forward to purchasing the full sized products to see if my hair can continue to look healthier with each use. I just wish a 2in1 was available for this line so I do not have to add those couple of minutes to my routine. This is definitely a product that I would recommend to my friends.
